General Shortcuts
Supported by most office apps. Recommended as the first set to master.
Essential actions to duplicate text or files.
Move selected content by copying and removing it.
Undo last action, e.g., recover deleted content.
Re-apply the action that was undone.
Save current file frequently to avoid data loss.
Select all content in the current view.
Search keywords in a document or web page.
Move forward to the next tab.
Quickly toggle between open applications.
Close the active window or application.
Open the print preview dialog.
Lock your PC immediately for security.

Minimize all windows; press again to restore.
Open File Explorer to browse drives and files.
Show all open windows and virtual desktops.
Capture a screen region and paste it directly.
Access multiple recently copied items (requires enabling).

Dock the active window to the left or right half.
